• Returned in original packaging

• Not custom made or made to order

Custom made, cut to size, or bespoke items are not eligible for return or refund, unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

• Contact us promptly after delivery with clear photos

• We will offer a replacement or full refund

• Return shipping costs will be covered by us

• We will provide a return label or arrange collection where applicable

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unused and in original packaging

• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer

• Original delivery charges are non refundable

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days

• Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider
